Elite Hound of Balthazar
Elite Hounds of Balthazar are tougher versions of Hounds of Balthazar, which can be encountered when following Randall Greyston in his explorable path of the Ruined City of Arah. It guards an altar of the god Balthazar against the adventurers. When killed, Fire Orbs appear on the ground beneath them.
