Defeat the ice imp is a level 80 dynamic event found at the Forge.

Walkthrough[edit]
After killing the ice imp, an Ice Orb will spawn: bring it back to the Forge to progress the Defend the forge (80) event. In a case the imp is already dead, the orb can be found at its place on the ground.
