Ok this is a bit subjective but my intention was to group together updates where the developers have gone out of their way to provide some prose on the "why we changed this" rather than just "what changed". -Chieftain Alex 19:42, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

Is this page only to document balance changes which include developer commentary on why they were made? Because if that is the case then there are balance updates which are significant in scope that will be missed by the criteria as defined by this page. Personally, I think that if a category is going to document balance changes, then it should document all of them regardless of scope.  For example, https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_updates/2022-02-28 this update contains a lot of changes, some of which are even undocumented. There is no developer feedback regarding why these changes were made, but they are large in scope and have a definite effect on game balance. Soldier198 (talk) 15:19, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
