A Bottle of Old Wine can be found among the debris from the fallen airship in the Noble Ledges. Giving it to a noble found there will award the achievement Wartime Sommelier. Wine will only spawn after the current Outpost: Noble Crash Site meta event has progressed past the Escort rescued nobles to the Pact crash site event.
