Bleached Bones/Drop rate

• Myriada's notes:
  • I've only included drops from after the PoF meta events and rewards update (Game updates/2019-05-28). More concretely, starting from the 6th of June.
  • Although I don't know if the drops are affected by MF at all, I'd like to clarify that I've picked up Bleached Bones at around ~287 MF.
