Blast Wall Rune is a circular floor object found around the Ancient Forgeman at the end of the Forging Steel strike mission. There are four evenly spaced around it.
During the boss fight, two of the four runes will light up periodically. If players step on both before a short timer expires, blast walls are raised around the Forgeman. These walls block some of it's attacks, protecting both the players and the mission critical tank.
