• You do not have to succeed; the Defeat Soo-Won event can fail. But you must have the Extraction Point quest active. If you deactivate it to work on something else while you wait for a Dragon’s End meta group, you must reactivate it. If you do not have the achievements eligibility in your buff bar, you will not get the achievement.
