Apprentice Zaiyah, also known as Zaiyah the Blundering Idiot, is a prisoner in the Peacemakers prison which occupies the lower level of the Peacemakers Headquarters found in the Lower Research Stacks. He has been imprisoned for being too stupid to be left alone, and others are warned to stay away from him, out of fear that his stupidity is contagious.
