These are the expected rewards for a level 80 player.
Walkthrough[edit]
At 75% and 25% the Elite Ministry of Transit Agent will become invulnerable, and several stacks of Travel Papers will spawn in the area. Picking them up and bringing them to the agent will overload it and remove its invulnerability.
