Settler Toia is a sylvari living in Brigid's Overlook, a small village in Glencarn Sperrins.

Tell me more about this place.
- Brigid's Overlook was built as a forward defense for the Grove. Now, it tracks undead activity in and around Ventry Bay. Additionally, settler-like myself-have moved into the camp.
- Why are settlers out here?
- To learn. Life within the Grove is controlled and safe, but life as a whole is not. To learn how the world really works, we needed to embrace the wilderness and build our own lives.
