A Refugee is the scout for the eastern part of the Crystal Oasis.

“We fled oppression and warfare, only to find ourselves trapped in this gorge. We've been able to take refuge in this abandoned Zephyrite settlement, but there's precious little in the way of resources or defenses here.
The Forged prevent excape to the north and west, while the Brand blocks our access to the northeast.
