During Tower of Nightmares
I'm in deep-thinking mode right now, but if you have a specific question, I may able to spare some spark for you.
Talk more option tango.png Has anything like this ever happened before?
We've seen alliances recently. The Molten Alliance was the first. Then came the Inquest / sky-pirate alliance known as the Aetherblades. Now we have another odd combo. Coincidence? Doubt it.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png Aren't the krait historically loners?
Not just loners, but aggressive to other races. Their beliefs preclude them from allying with others—usually. Someone must have promised them something valuable to them. I'd bet my life on it.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What kind of spores are those?
We have our best scholars—and the human named Marjory—studying them now, but they keep inhaling them and falling into hallucinatory fits. It's quite unpleasant. We're increasing our hazmat protocol.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What kind of magic does the Nightmare Court use?
Those evil sylvari don't share their secrets with us, but we do know they enjoy giving pain to others. Suffering and fear must surely fuel their magic. They're carrying toxic weapons these days too. Unusual.

During The Nightmares Within
Oh, the spore has hit the fan, so to speak. You'll forgive me if my thinking is squishy. I keep seeing my old mentor, and he's not happy with me.
Talk more option tango.png Any news on what's happening inside?
All I know is there's some crazy stuff going on in there. They're making their way to the top, but it's no easy battle. if you're going in there. Stay alert.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What kind of spores are those?
We've made some progress in that regard. The antitoxin that the necromancer—Marjory Delaqua—produced seems to be working in small measure, but it's not a total remedy.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What about the spores? Any new knowledge?
Best we can tell, it's a mix of nightmare and krait magic, which makes it highly poisonous. If this is another Scarlet alliance, then I'm afraid to think what she's getting out of it.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.

During A Very Merry Wintersday
Durmand Priory at your service via me. How can I help you?
Talk more option tango.png I'm looking into Scarlet. Do you know anything about her?
The Priory has a record of her birth, or awakening as the sylvari call it. She is not one of the firstborn. To my knowledge, she never joined an order either. My guess is she has trouble taking orders.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What do you think her goal is?
The Priory thinks thinks she's bent on world domination, but I think her motives are far more sinister. I think she wants the world all to herself. She's certainly not very sociable.
Talk back option tango.png I have another question.
Talk more option tango.png What could Scarlet do with the toxin from this plant?
As we've seen, it's volatile—lethal in some cases. I expect she'll distill it, make it stronger, then use it against her enemies. The only remaining question is: Who are her enemies?
