Plague of Joko is an effect inflicted when standing in the boiling dark blue areas that appear during the Escape phase of the Palawadan, Jewel of Istan and the Sunspear Uprising meta events. The effect causes a massive amount of damage each second, often downing players before they can escape the event area. It also applies 
Bleeding and 
Poisoned.
At the end of the countdown of the Escape phases, all players who are still in the event area get the effect applied to them even if they managed to avoid it beforehand.
