WvW hero challenges and the Krait Obelisk Shard count as Central Tyrian challenges for a total of 214 notarized scrolls before they credit Proof of Heroics.
Consuming one of these scrolls when all applicable challenges have already been completed will instead credit a Proof of Heroics directly into your wallet.
Will only grant 188/189 for Central Tyria Map completion. The last Hero point will have to be completed in person.

Originally being able to see or purchase these required Heart of Thorns Expansion. This was later changed in the February 3, 2017 game update.
