There are 3 tiers for Basic decorations that may be unlocked in the Guild Market:

• Tier 1: Basic decorations merchant appears in your guild hall with a basic set of decorations.
• Tier 2 and 3: The merchant offers additional decorations.

In addition, once reach tier 2, monument decorations can be added.
