Note: If there are few players in the instance, fewer capture points will appear.
Walkthrough[edit]
Stand near pots within the red ring. When someone is standing near the pot inside the ring, the ring will turn blue and the bar will begin filling. When the bar is full, the point is captured, and the ring around the pot will disappear. You can safely move on to a different point once the ring disappears.
The effect 
Diligence of the Dog is active during this challenge, increasing endurance recovery.
