Speak with Agent Kashud to begin the event.

This event is fairly straightforward. Dominus Crystallum does not regenerate health on losing aggro, so even if players fall off the edge of the platform the boss won't reset. At every quarter of a health, Dominus will temporarily go invulnerable and spawn a number of Enthralled Wyverns that must be killed.
