• Despite being a named NPC Karlena doesn't have a fixed appeareance.
• From her starting position (blue-white circle) Karlena will either walk east through the tunnel under Dwayna Low Road or north toward District Promenade. The choice of a path appears to be random. At each spot Karlena will repeat her ambient lines twice and then continue to the next spot. At the end of the route she will walk back the same way.
• There is no Headwaiter Gallim in game, there is also nothing for a player to do at the Busted Flagon. It is unclear why Karlena directs players there.
