Sandbox

I have seen you using the GW2W sandbox. This is fine and dandy, but things in there are removed from time to time. It may be benifical for yourself to create your own sandbox. Venom20 17:42, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Uploading images

Just click the "Upload file" button on the left hand side! Make sure it's not copyrighted however! Shadow Runner 17:51, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

To change the size, make so that it says File:User_Vizier_2128866-5-sarahs-angel.jpg|300px and change the "300" to whatever size you want Shadow Runner 17:57, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Show Preview

Copyrighted content

In case you're not aware of it, it's forbidden to upload copyrighted content here. Your images will be deleted soon. The only allowed content is ArenaNet images and GFDL/Public Domain images. Also, don't forget the naming rule that we told you above. Chriskang 20:27, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Dont Worry :P

Everybody here learns, ill just give you some helpful tips;

• Copyright sucks, but listen to it or you'l have your hand chopped off.
• Show preview, it basicly shows what the page will look like without pissing in RC stalkers faces.
• Dont piss off this guy
• Last thing; you wont get banned for accidently uploading copyrighted pictures

Actually, you can get banned for uploading coyrighted pictures. make sure you get a photo that's from Anet or that's GFDL or one You actually made (and can proove it). Public domain is like limited I think.. Not sure, but there's a copyrighted policy on here though that might explain more. Ariyen 20:55, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

You can use public domain images as long as you use the {{Public domain image}} template on it. Just make sure that they are actually public domain images before uploading. Public domain content will say something along the lines of "blah blah blah... released into the public domain." --Lania 21:07, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
