Nope, it was the presence of the 'bound' parameter. The case of the first character in a page or template name doesn't make any difference - internally, MediaWiki always converts that character to uppercase. —Dr Ishmael

--Wierd, it wasn't coming up in the preview with the account bound removed until I changed the case. I guess chrome was being dumb and caching something that didn't reset until I beat my head enough times and changed the case Sscripko (talk) 14:11, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
