So, I am allowed to edit other user's pages? I found no info on this when i was looking for the rules and policy and whatnot. If it is preffered that i edit it all there I don't mind :)

You should not edit another user's page unless a) they give permission for it or b) it's to fix something like a redlink or broken category or whatever. But, as said, it doesn't really matter because those are personal pages that most people won't look at anyway.
