Take care, everyone![edit]
Hello everyone,
Since I’ve worked closely with many of you on this site, I wanted to let you know that my last day at ArenaNet will be this Friday, November 19. Starting next week, I’ll be heading over to join my friends at Undead Labs, working on their unnamed zombie game.
For folks that know me, it’s no secret how much I love horror stuff. The first movie I ever remember seeing was Night of the Living Dead (when I was four), and I’ve been obsessed with horror ever since. I love Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 with a passion, but in this case, having the privilege to work on a zombie title is fulfilling a lifelong dream of mine.
I’ve truly loved my time here on the ArenaNet team. It’s been almost five years for me, and it’s been an honor to work alongside of so many awesome people – both in the studio and across the community. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Guild Wars 2 will be incredible, and that you guys will continue to make the Guild Wars 2 Wiki the definitive wiki resource for the game.
Take care,

- :'( good luck with your unnamed zombie game. I'm glad you are following your dream, that's always a good direction to head in. Take care! Venom20 23:43, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
- Farewell, Emily. I hope you have a good time over at Undead Labs, have fun making a Zombie mmo! I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say I am sad to see you go. Who knows, I just might have to start stalking that game's development as well. --Corsair
@Yarrr 23:51, 16 November 2010 (UTC)- Aw ;_; You are my favourite Arena Net employer, Emily. I'm sad to see you go, but I'm happy that you will be joining your old friends from Arena Net at Undead Labs. Tell them to make a PC version of the game, I want to play it too! Good luck at your new job, and thank you very much for all the work you have done for GW1, GW2 and the Guild Wars Wikis. Erasculio 23:56, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

(Reset indent) I would pretty much be restating everything that everyone above me said. In conclusion, I think it's awesome you get to follow your dream (and as Era said, make a PC version) ;). We'll miss you. :) Aquadrizzt (talk)(contribs) 01:15, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
- I echoed others' comments on GWW, so over here, instead let me be the first to say: THE SKY IS FALLING, OH GOD, THE SKY IS FALLING! - Tanetris 05:14, 17 November 2010 (UTC)

(Reset indent) Aww, thanks guys! I'm really flattered by all of these sweet comments and well-wishes :) You have been a completely amazing bunch to work with. I'm really looking forward to what you guys do with this site. As I mentioned on my GWW talk page, the wikis are in very capable hands, so the transition should be very smooth.
I'm really looking forward to playing GW2, so I'm sure you'll see me around here as a regular user, adding content where I can. The team is making an incredible game, and I'm really proud of them. And I'm proud of all of you for making these wikis great resources.
I'm sure you'll see me around - the gaming community is small and closer-knit than you'd expect :) -- Emily Diehl (talk) 21:06, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
