User talk:Darke/Archive 1
So, I've seen you around the wiki, and I stopped by, and *gasps* you had a redlink talkpage. So, welcome to the GW2W! If you ever need help with anything, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. :) Aquadrizzt (talk)(contribs) 00:20, 14 January 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Aqua, thanks muchly for the warm welcome :D. I've poked about a bit in the editbox but I'm a noob at actual Wiki markup itself, and the User Templates section is a bit of a scary place for anyone not knowing exactly what they are looking for :S. If anything jumps to mind you shall be my first port of call in future :D. Thanks again for the welcome, and I hope to see you again around the GW2W :) Darke 11:35, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
Vandalism/spam talk page[edit]
Please refrain from starting discussion pages for spampages, it just creates extra work for users to tag for deletion and admins to delete, and serves no purpose whatsoever in the first place. Mediggo 09:54, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
- I was under the impression that relevant talk pages were removed with their parent page, else I wouldn't have. If there's no system in place to do this, I'd put it down to the administrators to provide/develop such a system in the interest of work reduction, rather than have to have messages of this cadre posted publicly on someone's user page (as opposed to you know, private email or some such) Darke 09:13, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

- I never said it wasn't, rather, expressed my opinion that an automatic cleanup system should be set in place rather than having to message users, which tends to be rather a lot of unnecessary, oftentimes unheeded, work. Forgive me if I didn't clearly illustrate that. Darke 13:48, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Talk page content[edit]
Please don't delete content/discussions of your talk page, here at the wiki we archive instead. To archive is quite simple, use as example [[User talk:Darke/Archive 1|However you want to name it]] and copy-paste the content you want "to get rid off". If you have questions feel free to contact me. Happy editing! -- Cyan 10:32, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
