Maps[edit]
Thank you for not only uploading those, but for reminding me that I always wanted to get one! *scribbles down a to-do on back of hand* G R E E N E R 22:19, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
- Welcome! Happy to have helped! It does look like the respective meta lanes need to be at max power, and I did only see them at night, but I'm not sure if that's coincidence or not for sure - but be sure to check then! BlauRascon (talk) 23:54, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
About Your Recent Image Uploads[edit]
Hi BlauRascon (I always read your name as BlueRacoon for some reason), I noticed you uploaded some lovely images for The Bifrost III: The Legend collection. The thing is, you uploaded these as .png, while the wiki generally uses this format only for icons and game renders and .jpg for all other images. Would you mind reuploading these as .jpg per chance? Thank you in advance and sorry for the inconvenience. Happy wiki-ing! talk 11:05, 7 February 2016 (UTC)
- Can do! I uploaded as .png to preserve the quality, especially for the views (they're so pretty). While we're here, do you think The Bifrost I: The Experimental Staff could benefit from maps showing where precisely the Jotun runestones are? Some of them are a bit hidden / out of the way. - Update: All done! Let me know if I missed any or should have taken a better route; I couldn't directly replace the files in their original pages. I marked the PNG ones for deletion. BlauRascon (talk) 18:03, 7 February 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you very much! All good, I'd have done the same!
- And you're right, the views are really pretty, my personal favourite is the blue colour study one. Honestly, I'm not quite sure why exactly the wiki insists on having .jpg as format -- it makes sense for .bmp saved as .png as they more than often exceed 10mb (with a resolution of 1920x1080; otherwise it's double the amount for higher resolutions) -- more than often cropped .png files are rather small either way, and besides, .jpg can be fairly large when edited as well. So we're not really saving that much space, but well. I'm probably unable to see the larger picture of the whole deal. No complaints from me though.
- Regarding the other collection, feel free! The more pictures the merrier, or the easier, in this case. Pictures should help easing the process of acquiring the trophies. Thanks again! talk 18:35, 7 February 2016 (UTC)
