Yello! Welcome to GW2W. I had a question regarding the map icon for LA. May I know the original source for it? I'd like to extract the icon by the same standards as I did the other 5. Thanks in advance. - Infinite - talk 21:44, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

There is a group of us over at GW2Guru working on the icons in my map thread. It perhaps is not the best place to be doing so but that is where I originally posted my set of extracted icons. They have not been done as well as yours but it was a quick thing for the thread. I spent little time being neat. There are other people trying to re-create the parts of the icons where the text was in the way in order to remove it. They have been rather successful with some of the icons and some are hard to tell that they have been modified unless you zoom in on the icons.

As for the Lion's Arch icon, I took several screenshots of a livestream video with the highest quality segments of the icon I could find and joined them together. You can find the images I used in this video over on YouTube after the 10 minute mark. Aresinferno 22:10, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
