Dhuum being cruel and unjust is not some personal opinion of a wiki contributor. Dhuum has been described as such in-game and in other media by loots of lore, writings, devs and NPCs. Therefore the description is to stay. Mith

- Reverting other editors' edits or even delete requests without a discussion is not advised; as well as constantly adding things you were requested not to.
