My Ideas for GW2W

Extremely useful Templates

• Template:Item icon, see gw1:Template:Item icon

Event Log / Watch

Similar to the current Traveler and Zission Watch, if possible. It will probably be useful if there was (external) voice support in certain areas or during events (boss/WvW).
A text-messaging service for some events might be a good idea.

With the split between worlds dynamic events will probably be different on each one. Depending on how many servers a split will be necessary.

Market Watch

Here also might a text-messaging service or (external) support for watching changes be a good idea.

New Krytan Translation

It would be AWESOME if there was a template that converted text into a Guildwars Language. (If it's a simple 1-1 cipher ofcouse)

My Ideas for GW2

Friends List

• Able to "log in as offline/invisible"
• Able to join friends cross-worlds/servers
• 1 Able to chat/connect with friends out of the game, but not through facebook-like integration (like starcraftII)
• Please please pleaaaase do not integrate social sites like Facebook. A twitter implementation would work though.

Graphics

• Please do NOT let the graphics suffer from the 3D option. Most people won't use it (gives headaches) and it would be a shame to lose potential visual candy.
• Add tools for Machinima making and viewing the landscape in a different perspective. See the Oculus in Runescape as example

GUI

• Let us create add-ons/extensions for our GUI. This will open up many options and help the advanced player. Things like an in-game dynamic event/marketplace watch anywhere would be a perfect example.

GW1 and HoM

• Even after GW2 account creation, any changes in your old HoM should still transfer to your GW2 account.
