Opened Bonus Chest

A chest is an environmental object that gives coin, equipment, crafting materials, and upgrade components. They are located throughout Tyria and come in different shapes and sizes. Players of any level can open a chest, but can be interrupted if attacked. Some of the chests can spawn after finishing specific events such meta events. Event chests can be autolooted with Advanced Logistics mastery when the chest will spawn. Some chests can also require keys to be opened.

We include also Bonus chests that is rewarded by finishing specific events, guild missions and other objectives such achievements, map completion, and so on. These bonus chests are also known as "Bouncy Chest"[1][2]. These chests will appear in the lower-right portion of your screen. UI will display up to three chests but up to twenty chests can be in the queue. If a 21st chest enters the queue, chest contents will automatically enter your inventory.

Specific information can be found on the chest pages. From locations, required keys to respawn time.

Whenever killing a creature yields loot of at least rare quality, a small Wooden Chest appears on the ground instead of the sparkling creature's body.

Boss chests provide up to 5 rewards of various quality. An example would be the Dragon Chest after the Shatterer and Tequatl the Sunless events.
