This guide will go over the mechanics and concepts of the stats in this game. The stat and build systems are so complex in this game that it's impossible to come up with a simple "rule" that will tell you the best stat distribution. Each stat will effect multiple facets of your build. Rather than trying to give my opinion of the "best" stat distribution, in this guide I go over how each stat interacts with the other parts of your build. Having a deeper knowledge of how the stats function will allow you to better adjust your stats to match the way you want to play.
