Episode 1[edit]
Season of the Scion 1323 AE
A day in the life of a noble[edit]
Introduces Ashling, the environment she is in and her attitude toward it. Notes that she has been fascinated by the art of necromancy. Some children of other nobles come up to her and start to pester her, mentioning that she is not "really" nobility since she was adopted from the orphanage and her parents were "probably street filth who didn't want you anyway." After a brief verbal sparring match, Ashling leaves to find somewhere quiet. She dwells on the argument, agreeing to a degree with her bullies about her not "really" being a noble, feeling hurt and angry at her biological parents "dumping" her at the orphanage, and otherwise succumbing to her inferiority complex. After a lengthy walk through Divinity's Reach, she comes to Rurikton and remembers that she has always wanted to see Ebonhawke. (She really just wants to find SOMETHING to get her mind off those bullies.) She quickly returns home to inform her foster parents that she is visiting Ebonhawke. They request that she takes a security detail with her, but Ashling, wanting to be alone, talks them out of it. Afterward, Ashling quickly returns to Rurikton and goes through the asura gate.
Ebonhawke[edit]
Ashling travels to Ebonhawke and starts looking around. She is particularly observant now, trying to gauge what the city was like and if there was anything she could do to help. She is also very interested about the history of the city. Her explorations eventually lead to the Ebonhawke graveyard. She starts looking around the graveyard and takes a particular interest in Gwen's grave. She begins to do some research on Gwen, only to be interrupted by a noisy group of separatists entering the graveyard. They recognize her and attempt to take her hostage, but she fights back and kills one of them. (As their verbal fighting escalates to physical fighting, Ashling notices an old crone at a grave off to the side of the graveyard. She did not notice her before.) They eventually overpower her, but just as they do, the dead separatist turns into an old style Flesh Golem and a horde of minions start attacking the Separatists, being controlled by the crone, who now looks very demonic-like. Ashling loses consciousness as the Separatists are being overrun.
Welcome to the Hall of Monuments[edit]
Ashling awakens in the Hall of Monuments, startled by the sudden cold. She is laying next to a lit campfire, but no one seems to be in the area. Ashling looks around a bit and discovers the scrying room. After briefly looking around, she is confronted by Aislinn (the old crone, who is still unidentified). After a cryptic conversation, Ashling walks through the Asuran gate, which returns her to the Ebonhawke graveyard. She quickly rushes home.
Episode 2[edit]
Season of the Phoenix 1324 AE
Ashling attends a social gathering among other nobles. She notices the old crone briefly, and appears to be watching her. Ashling briefly takes her eyes off the crone (closes her eyes, turns her head, etc) before the crone vanishes. (No one else noticed the crone.) Ashling remembers that she has seen her in this manner repeatedly over the past year. Shortly later, bandits crash the party and try to kidnap Ashling. Ashling fights back and, in the battle, runs into Neil, an old friend of hers from the orphanage. They fight off the bandits together and promise to touch base again later.
Episode 3[edit]
Season of the Phoenix 1324 AE

(Oh yeah, and the Priory's expert is Blamm. :P)
