Use ice blocks from unstable ice elementals to plug the steaming ruptures contributing to the blizzard was a level 13 event that occurs in Dolyak Pass and Taigan Groves during the Flame and Frost: Prelude release.

Rewards[edit]
These are the expected rewards for a level 13, 8 player. Higher level players receive dynamically adjusted rewards.
Walkthrough[edit]
Defeat the Unstable Ice Elementals to make them drop a Block of Ice. Grab the block and use it on the rupture indicated by a collect icon on the map. This must be done for all three ruptures on the map. The rupture will start again if players take too long to plug the other ruptures. These ruptures are actually static objects on the map, they will not disappear after the event is completed.
