Unpledged is an effect granted in Drizzlewood Coast while not pledged to any of the legions. It causes all gained Charr Commendations to be split equally between the four legion achievements in Glory to the Legions.

Acquisition

• Applied by default upon first entering Drizzlewood Coast.
• Speak with a United Legions Quaestor.
