A Terminal is found in The Ruined City of Arah with the final fight with Operative Brie. Interacting with the terminal will provide 30 seconds of 
Phase-Shifted, but also two minutes of 
Phasic Instability which prevents using the terminal for that duration.
The terminal can be destroyed by the surrounding Risen. If so, then the entire party will be teleported out of battle and back to The Shipfall.

- The array is functioning, but you're already in a quasi-spectral state.
