Priory Historian does not offer perseverance items

Priory Historian (Bandit Crest Collector) does not offer any dialogue at any time, so he does not offer perseverance items. He is also the only bandit crest collector that buys items from players. This needs to be considered. He either needs a new template, or this template needs a parameter to allow the distinction. Roland of Gilead talk 19:07, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
