As of HoT release, the healing portion of this skill is now 1,625 (0.75) instead of 3,890 (0.75) ... a reduction of over 58%. I filed this as a bug report. Because I'm hopeful it's a bug... —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 50.188.176.102 (talk • contribs).
According Wings of Resolve ID
Wings of Resolve has two different ID/game links when traited or not. With the trait Absolute Resolution: ID = 30225 and game link = [&BhF2AAA=]. Without the trait: ID=30783 and game link = [&Bj94AAA=].
