Still needs a Page to be created for this, im no good at editing the wiki or adding pages. all the info i know about this items is : has a 30 minute cooldown, same mechanics as the Watchwork Portal Device, looted from Wing 3 of Forsaken Thicket Raid and cannot be used in combat. if anyones good at editing Wiki hopefully this information can be of some use =] --Whowantblood (talk) 17:46, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

It can be used in combat! If you get hit, it removes it from your skillbar, but you can double click the item and use it absolutely fine whilst still in combat.

Range

Yup, it's pretty much a carbon copy of the mesmer portal, but with a yellow portal and a 30min cd. -Darqam 03:15, 15 February 2017 (UTC)

Cooldown - Account wide or per-character?

Subject. If I use it on one character, relog on another, and hit the "Skill Reset" in the DPS area, would that work to reset the timer? -- User:Frvwfr2 21:29, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Someone tested that for me a few days (weeks?) ago, and it seems to be character based, so no what you are suggesting would not work. -Darqam 23:47, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Verifying cooldown is based on per character.

Does this item share cooldowns with Watchwork Portal Device?
