Kinda lame...the best leveling recipe requires the biggest investment...with Anet mocking the small guild scribes by allowing the recipe, but not the component. 80.112.180.116 08:36, 13 January 2016 (UTC)
It's worse than that. You can craft an initiate box that puts a white balloon in your inventory and yet you cannot craft with it even then! What does "Use" do to the balloon? 71.252.209.128
