Does this item have any Stats? Are they choose-able?
Cannot be Mystic Forge stat-switched to PoF and LS4 attribute combos.[edit]
Discovered when I tried switching my ascended water breather to Grieving at the Mystic Forge despite it having selectable stats. Because Grieving is from Path of Fire, I decided to check out Marshal's and Harrier's, as well as Living Story Season 4's Plaguedoctor's and Diviner's. No dice on ALL of them, despite being able to originally select these 5 stats fresh after acquisition.
