The articles associated with this are missing any overworld information regarding gaining access to these Visions. Such as how to get to North Nolan Hatchery, or where the item in South Sun cove is.
As well, it appears that you DO NOT need to interact with anything to complete the achievements once in the instances. They appear to complete automatically when finishing the instance the first time.
