I received one of these from killing the ringmaster in my personal story (human, wanted to be in a carnival). I think it was rare or exotic, can't remember now. I opened it and received 7silver 78 copper, 1 drip of liquid karma, 2 vials of potent blood and 1 Berserker's Cabalist Gloves of Masterwork rarity.
