Presence of NPC[edit]
Just to clarify a few things, this NPC (along with the availability of the lake) were only available during wintersday since anet pulled up an old version of the PvP lobby (first wintersday) where this was still active. The moment 'regular' PvP lobby came back he was gone along with access to the lake. I believe a similar thing occurs during Halloween. -Darqam (talk) 22:08, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
