Proper Usage of Motivator

Considering only essences, an uncommon motivator costs 25 Essences of Despair. If I throw it into a Tier 2 rift I am getting ~33 random essences. It does not seem to be very cost effective over just getting 5 or 6 random essences without using a motivator. What am I missing? Separ (talk) 02:33, 1 September 2023 (UTC)

You can trade gold for faster essence farm. That's my understanding at least. I.e. buy motivations from TP -- gives you extra essences for gold. 37.251.0.126 22:34, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
