For step 12, instead of saying the lever with the bats (all the levers have bats) say the lever at the top of the stairs

For step 5, where is Elrik located?

Elrik is at Droknars Froge, not the Lhyr at the Wizards Tower Forge (just to be confusing).

After the event in step 4 he just disappears into a wall; he is also at the start of the event chain but does not give an option for the quest.

so the event Elrik walks into a wall but there is one that spawns down by the forge after the previous event
