Help Ghyrtratus Fiendmauler

"Help Ghyrtratus Fiendmauler" is just the renown heart of the area. It is not a dynamic event, and hence, not a part of the meta event. If you watch TB's YouTube video closely you will see that its message in the event assistant is not inside the brown shaded box that marks the "The Battle for Ascalon City" meta event. I've waited in the area for 5h and the event didn't begin.
