Is it me, or does this seem strangely good for a racial? An instant two-second daze seems like it could be incredibly useful in WvW for thieves and other squishy burst classes that typically are light on straight-up CC. A Thief that steals in and babbles seems like a strong way to deliver mug, CnD, and backstab unless a stunbreaker is burned. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 152.71.76.61 (talk • contribs).

Or they could just dodge, since it's a daze and not stun. Pretty much any profession has way better skills to stun or daze, and generally more viable utility skills in general. I'd only use this on an engineer since its tool belt variant is slightly better than some (non-combo, non-elixir) tool belt skills. Also, please remember to sign your comments with four tildes. the recharge of this skill cannot be changed and is fairly high vs other stuff, such as Signet of Domination. while it has equal recharge, it does an additional thing while not in use (which is the selling point), and can cause extra effects or recharge faster with traits. 50.245.236.33 02:43, 1 June 2015 (UTC)
