Stack query

Does this remove a full stack or just 1 condition from the stack? 92.4.79.253 01:01, 9 June 2017 (UTC)

A full stack, of course. Nothing in the game only removes a single stack from, say, 20 stacks of bleed. —Ventriloquist 08:23, 9 June 2017 (UTC)

Does the effect go on cooldown if you swap weapons without any conditions?
