I found this while looking around in the API and I think these are meant to be discovery like the other ones, but you can't use the new lodestones in discovery. Seylan (talk) 12:09, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
Someone on Reddit submitted a ticket and was told "Not everything is implemented yet" implying that this recipe is simply not available.
