Has there been any official information on whether this vendor will remain after the festival is over?

In the patch notes it says: "A new vendor has been added for the duration of the festival in Rata Sum [. . .]" so it is very, very likely he is going to disappear after the festival. ~SimeTalk 17:24, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
