I wonder what Anet was smoking when making this. On a char with 100% the chest is opened and cannot be interacted with. Had to buy a new character slot to do this, since all my chars have 100%.

Seems like it can be done on 100% char, I just hovered around the chest and got the item. Didn't interact with anything as there was nothing to interact with. THough I did hover above https://i.imgur.com/RqlQV1a.jpg this chest. Sutgon (talk) 10:13, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
