Soulbound?[edit]

- Judging by the API from Anet, the item will stay accountbound even after equipped on a character. This trait appears to differ from other 24-slot bags which state that they soulbind on use. The notes section for bags says that there should be a warning for the soulbinding when you try to equip an item which will become soulbound.
